Construction Management Beyond the Job Site

3-Unit Residential Condominium Development

Complete demolition of an existing structure followed by the ground-up construction of a three-unit residential condominium building with a fully finished lower level. I coordinated permitting, excavation, structural work, inspections, MEP systems, vendor scheduling, and final project closeout across more than 30 subcontractors and trades.

The project required Green Factor compliance, flood resilience coordination, and stormwater management approvals. Systems included Mitsubishi heat pumps, spray foam insulation, fire suppression systems, EPDM roofing, Hardie siding, architectural window systems, and custom interior finishes throughout.

I managed a full rooftop restoration project for a historic South End condominium association involving complete roof membrane replacement, structural rooftop deck reconstruction, and penthouse envelope remediation. The project required careful sequencing across roofing, carpentry, waterproofing, and finish contractors while maintaining building protection throughout construction.

The scope included EPDM roofing systems, structural deck framing, custom flashing integration, composite decking installation, and long-term warranty coordination across multiple vendors and trades.
