Richmond: Ground-up project oversight from architectural site planning through final energy certification. Achieved a HERS Index Score of 45, delivering performance roughly 55% more efficient than standard new construction.
Cambridge: Oversight of a replacement structure transforming a deficient building into a modern three-unit residence, including coordination of 1-hour fire-rated vertical and horizontal assemblies required for multi-unit code compliance.
Asset Strategy & Capital Improvements
Cambridge: Multi-phase restoration including stone wall foundation repairs and a full TPO membrane roof replacement. Replaced moisture-retaining materials with a watertight Azek PVC system for long-term envelope protection.
Brookline: Forensic remediation of a building envelope after installation defects were discovered. Managed siding removal and reinstallation to correct flashing failures and improper sealing.
Infrastructure & Risk Mitigation
Medford: Implementation of triple-redundant sump systems and injection grouting to seal elevator pits, along with electrical upgrades to support critical mechanical loads.
Cambridge: Corrective foundation waterproofing and electrical safety upgrades for condominium buildings, including motion-sensor LED lighting and hardwired safety detection systems.
